DIMENSIONS:

  • Posts: 1 1/2 x 1 1/2″ with 12 gauge welded footplates
  • Beam Height:
    • Front/Back Support: 1-1/16″ low profile single rivet beams (on 3 intermediate shelf levels)
    • Side Support: 2-1/8″ Z-Beams (top and bottom shelf level)
  • Outside: Add 5/8″ to listed dimensions.

THICKNESS:

  • Primarily 14 gauge steel components
  • MCP shelves are 1/2″ thick

CAPACITY:

  • Shelf capacity in the chart is for each shelf based on evenly distributed loads.

CONSTRUCTION:

  • (4) Z-Beam Side supports
    • Side supports not required for (3) intermediate shelves
  • Double rivet Z-Beam connection added to top and bottom shelf levels for strength and rigidity.
  • Upright Posts: One piece construction with welded 12 gauge footplate
