Rivet Style Shelving has become the shelving of choice for so many applications. At one time, it was used predominately for bulk and archive storage. Now, RiveTier shelving is used for retail storage, healthcare storage, garage storage, office and filing storage, and warehouse storage of all sizes. The components of Rivet Style Shelving are all boltless, and units can be assembled with a mallet – reducing installation costs by 30% – 40%. It can also be used in seismic conditions without adding any additional bracing.
Rivet Style Shelving Systems are offered in six different types of units. Whether it’s Long Span Shelving, Low Profile Shelving, Z-Beam Shelving, or a Multi-Level System, Rivet Style Shelving can fit your storage requirements.

- 4 side access to stored items with open style shelving units

- Decking Options: Particle Board, Melamine Coated Particleboard (MCP), and Wire Decking

Rivet Shelving Post Styles
Rivet Shelving comes in 3 different post styles for standard duty, heavy-duty, or common “T-Posts” for when building a run of units adjacent to each other (starter and add-on units). Shelves are adjustable on 1-1/2″ increments.
Standard Duty Angle Posts
1-1/2” x 1-1/2”

Heavy Duty Angle Posts
1-7/8” x 1-7/8”
14 gauge steel
For applications up to 12’ high, heavy capacity, and mezzanine or multi-level shelving applications

Single Rivet Beam
Lowest profile beam available
When the low profile of a metal shelf is needed—without the high cost
Ideal for lightweight storage applications
Particle board or MCP is hidden from view
Load capacity up to 350 lbs. per shelf
Z-Beam
Offers a lower profile than the Double Rivet SS Beam—when shelf height spacing is a consideration
Higher capacity than the SSLP Beam, Z Beam is ideal for mid-range spans
Particle board or MCP shelves hidden from view
Load capacity up to 1,000 lbs. per shelf
Double Rivet SS Beam
Ideal for heavy loads or large items requiring spans up to 8’ wide
Can be accessorized to increase capacity further
