Return & Refund Policy for Boltless Shelving Products Only

Effective as of October 31, 2023.

Scope of Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to Standard Duty Boltless Shelving products and Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving products purchased through StorCoor’s eCommerce store (https://storcoor.com/shop). This policy does not extend to any other products or services, including but not limited to new or used material handling system quotes and consulting contracts.

Return Eligibility and Period
Customers are eligible to return Boltless Shelving products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All Returns must have prior written approval from Storage Coordinators, Inc.

Exclusions
All other products, including all used material handling systems and used equipment on our eCommerce platform are not eligible for returns or refunds. Used items are sold as-is where-is no warranty expressed or implied.

Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain prior written approval from Storage Coordinators, Inc. The customer is responsible for return shipping and/or freight costs unless the item is defective, or the error is on our part, or manufacturer’s defect.

Refunds
Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your original method of payment. This timeline allows us to thoroughly inspect the returned items and manage the refund process effectively. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to customer handling.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% plus freight costs will apply to all approved returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please state the details of the defect on the Bill Of Lading (BOL) PRIOR TO SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING. A freight claim cannot be filed if the bill of lading does not state damage or missing goods. Photos may not accurately reflect condition and color. You may contact us for photos of the specific items you will receive.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for Boltless Shelving products. Customers can return their original item (if eligible) and make a new purchase.

Policy Updates
Storage Coordinators, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. We encourage customers to review the policy periodically for any changes.
